We are looking for a General Accountant who will contribute to develop the business of the company in Barcelona, Spain.

Job purpose:
The General Accountant collaborates with external tax providers, auditors, and internal teams to manage and review bookkeeping in accordance with HGB, ÖGB, and Chinese GAAP. Responsibilities include handling financial accounting tasks, such as booking daily transactions in line with local policies and procedures, assisting with audit inquiries, and organizing month-end closings. Additional duties include stock management and generating financial reports as requested by headquarters or leadership. This role also encompasses handling various tax-related matters.

Duties and responsibilities:
· Responsible for TCL DE and TCL AT legal entities accounting, reporting.
· Monthly closing, including bookkeeping checking, accrual, TB review, etc.
· Monthly expense review and ROI analysis.
· Expense budget plan output and maintain in system.
· Support month-end and year-end closing process for both HGB/ÖGB and Chinese GAAP.
· Finish monthly & yearly financial statement for HGB/ÖGB and Chinese GAAP completeness, accuracy, timeliness.
· Coordinate internal and external audit processes.
· Monitor related parties transactions and reconciliation statements.
· Fix assets management and stock management
· Prepare monthly/quarterly/yearly VAT/ CIT returns in coordination with outsourcing companies, including withholding tax, intrastate etc.
· Daily local filing and compliance management, working with tax department to respond to tax audits.
· Timely research on tax regimes/trends, and new tax provisions proposed by lawmakers.
· Additional General accountant and tax related duties as necessary.
Job Qualifications:
· 3-5 years finance experience as General accountant
· Experience for tax, AR and controlling is a plus
· Bachelor or above Degree in Accounting
· Electronic marketing company experiences on priority
· Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures, especially for HGB and ÖGB
· Experience with creating financial statements
· Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process
· Excellent in accounting and OFFICE software and SAP on priority
· Compliance oriented
· Data processing and analysis skills
· Good command of German and English language, good command of Chinese language is a plus
· Able to work under pressure
· Independence, rigor, love challenges, strong sense of responsibility, teamwork, good communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills are desirable assets to success in this position
