WHO we´re looking for:
We are looking for a knowledgeable and experienced customer quality engineer to join our team. The customer quality engineer will be responsible for the customer quality of 0km & field complaint in development phase and after SOP.
WHAT you´re responsible for:
· On-site inspection
· Responsible for customer returns
· Organization customer returns
· Organization of reparation for defective parts
· Make a summary of the returned goods.
· Responsible for the after-sales budget and the warranty costs in the region
· Spare components organization
· Support the local supplier and take the lead in technical training courses.
· Conduct dealer visits as needed to track and resolve advanced repairs and unresolved issues.
· Handling of irreparable goods, scrap organization
· Upselling activities
· Customer care
Qualification:
· Completed (electrical) technical vocational training
· Relevant experience in battery testing, in the electrochemical, BMS, IT or automotive industry.
· Professional experience in sales or aftersales
· Lead ship qualities and good communication skills
· Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
· Ability to use software such as Microsoft Office, Minitab, etc, and basic statistical analysis and reporting skills
· Knowledge of typical quality control tools and methods
· German and English language skills, fluent in written and spoken, Chinese is an advantage.
· Enjoy working in an international team
· Excellent communication skills, assertiveness, and confident demeanor
