WHO we´re looking for:

 

You will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. You will be focused and have strong communication skills. You are able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy. 

 

WHAT you´re responsible for:

 

· Identify potential clients, partners, and opportunities in Germany, Europe, Middle East and Africa;

· Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts in the battery sectors;

· Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitor activities;

· Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement effective strategies;

· Pitch our products and services to potential clients and partners;

· Negotiate and close deals to secure contracts;

· Monitor industry regulations and compliance requirements;

· Provide regular reports on market conditions and opportunities.

 

Qualification:

 

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering and MBA is a plus;

· Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles within the battery industry;

· Strong network of industry contacts in Germany, Europe, the Middle East, and Africa;

· Good understanding of low-voltage Lead Acid and Lithium-ion battery technologies;

· Familiarity with relevant European industry regulations and standards;

· Good English communication and negotiation skills;

· Self-motivated and results-driven mindset.
