WHO we´re looking for:
The Financial Accountant is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. The role requires a solid understanding of accounting principles, attention to detail, and the ability to analyze financial data effectively.
WHAT you´re responsible for:
· Responsible for the overall accounting process, grasp the company's financial status, business data, and capital flow, provide necessary financial data and analysis suggestions for the company's leaders to make decisions, and improve the utilization rate of funds;
· Prepared various basic reports, internal management reports, and summary financial statements of the company, conducted in-depth analysis of the company's operating costs and project costs;
· Daily work including but limited to intracompany cash planning, voucher filling, expense reviewing, etc;
· Responsible for collecting accounting information, sorting out and keeping accounting files;
· Responsible for the company's financial budget, effectively control costs and expenses;
· Coordinate with external parties for annual auditing, annual EIT declaration, annual inspection, and ad-hoc tax inspection conducted by tax bureau、Quarterly tax declaration;
· Other assigned work requests by management.
Qualification:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Accounting, Tax, Finance, or other related areas;
· More than 3 years of working experience in general ledger accounting position, familiar with the preparation and analysis of financial statements;
· Holder of Intermediate PRC related Accounting certificates would be a plus;
· Good English comprehension, excellent communication skills in international environments, can handle work independently;
· Familiar with the process of annual auditing, and annual inspection;
· Familiar with national financial policies and regulations, with good financial management ability and risk awareness;
· Have strong organization and coordination ability and good communication and cooperation ability, able to handle financial affairs independently;
· Proficient in financial software, proficient in office and other office software.
