Job Title: HR Specialist
Location: Bedburg, Germany

Responsibilities:
- Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:
- Support the recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and managing recruitment channels.
- Work closely with department leaders to understand hiring needs and ensure smooth recruitment for open positions.
- Assist with onboarding processes and organizing new employee training to ensure successful integration into the company.
- Compensation and Benefits Management:
- Assist in implementing the company's compensation and benefits policies, including payroll processing and employee benefits management.
- Support HRBP in conducting market salary surveys and proposing optimization suggestions to ensure the company maintains a competitive compensation structure.
- Employee Relations and Communication:
- Assist in handling employee relations issues, answering questions about labor contracts, benefits, and company policies.
- Support managing employee grievances, exit interviews, and labor disputes, ensuring alignment with company policies and legal regulations.
- HR Administration and Compliance:
- Maintain employee records, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- Assist in ensuring compliance with labor laws, social insurance, health, and safety regulations in Germany.
- Performance Management Support:
- Assist in driving the performance evaluation process, including scheduling reviews, facilitating communication, and gathering feedback.
- Support HRBP in collecting and analyzing performance data to inform business decisions.
- Training and Development:
- Assist in implementing employee training programs to support professional growth and skills development.
- Participate in creating training plans, coordinating external vendors and internal resources to ensure training programs are delivered on time.
- HR Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Assist with HR data analysis, providing regular reports on turnover rates, recruitment cycles, employee satisfaction, and other key metrics.
- Support the maintenance and optimization of the HR management system to improve operational efficiency.
- Project Support and Other HR-Related Tasks:
- Participate in HR projects such as promoting corporate culture, organizing employee events, etc.
- Support other daily HR team activities and special projects.
Requirements:
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree or above in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
- Work Experience: At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with experience in manufacturing or multinational companies.
- Language Skills: Fluent in German, English, and Chinese, both written and spoken, with the ability to work effectively with employees and management.
- HR Tools Proficiency: Proficient in HR management systems (HRIS) and relevant office software (e.g., MS Office Suite).
- Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with German labor laws and HR-related regulations, with a basic understanding of compliance requirements.
- Communication and Collaboration Skills: Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration spirit, with the ability to handle complex employee relations issues.
- Attention to Detail and Execution: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactivity: Passionate about HR work, eager to take on new challenges, and drive change.
