Hikvision is now looking for an enthusiastic and experienced HR Advisor who will support the HR Team.

Job description:
Recruitment
- Creating and posting advertisements and job ads
- Keeping the website careers page up-to-date
- Searching for recruitment tools and social media channels
- Contacting person for agencies and recruitment channels
- Arranging interviews; contacting the candidates and interviewers
- Making employment offers, employment contracts, files, recruitment plan and introduction
- Making overview of recruitment data
Corporate Culture:
- Understand both Chinese and Germany cultures, making suggestions on communication, training, and other culture aspects that may impact the success of the business operation.
- Plans and carries out events and team-building initiatives for employees
- Conducts interviews to follow up on cultural initiatives
- Communicates the company’s culture goals through internal communications, staff meetings, and one-on-ones
- Working closely with HR colleagues on HQ projects (eg: Talent promotion, Talent mapping)
HR administration
- Relocation assistance for expat employees includes contacting the insurance company, visa processing, and other administrative work
- Back up and support all other kinds of HR administration tasks
- Handle some issues that start-up companies will face
You are:
- HR related background are strongly preferred
- Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience
- An experienced, professional, enthusiastic and reliable person.
- Good excel and (HR) system skill
- Has an eye for detail and works accurately.
- You enjoy working in an international environment where every day is different.
- You are flexible, hands-on, a team player and have an understanding for different cultures.
- Strong communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
